new trick

Savannah is all over the place. She is always coming up with the funniest little tricks. Here she learned a new game where she would take the little toy sheep and throw it to the other side of the tractor. Then she would set out to retrieve it. Rather than just crawling around it, as you can see, she came up with a better plan. She bends over the seat, then just does a nose dive to the other side. It didn't seem to hurt too bad, because she would just get a huge grin on her face after getting the sheep again. She was so proud of herself and would do it over and over. She makes me laugh all of the time with all of the crazy things she does.

Book Worm

Savannah is our little book worm! She can't get enough of them. She is always going to the book shelf and one by one will pull them off onto the floor. One of these days I am going to count how many times I pick up the books and put them back on the shelf. It is a lot! She will pick one out and drag it over to where I am at, then she just reaches up for me to pull her in my lap so we can look at the pictures. We never really get through a whole story yet. She wants to turn the page before you can read it all, so we just point at pictures and say "Whazzat?" It is hours of entertainment. She really loves the "Friend" magazine too. We always look through it page by page, just to start back at the beginning and do it again. It is funny....every month, they have a hidden CTR ring picture somewhere in the Friend. Since I go through every page so often, I always try to find it and I never can. It is geared toward kids, so I figured it would be easy, but we search every page and It must be a trick, because it is not there. I finally found the one in the July issue (its on page 37 if anyone else is looking). The search still continues in the May and June issue.

My little Punkin

Yippee!! Visitors!! Heidi and Krystal came to visit us in St. Louis. We were so happy to have them come.

We took a trip up to Nauvoo. It was lots of fun...very HOT, but fun. We went on an oxen ride. We were a little nervous getting this close to them at first. Savannah wasn't sure what to think. This other picture is at the Relief Society Gardens. It was the first place we went to visit. Go Sistas!!!

Two of Savannah's favorite things: The pool and her daddy! This picture is at our Aun't and Uncles's in Manti, but she loves to come to the pool here in St. Louis too.
